Bhanu Pahwa is a hospitality entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in building and managing premium hotels, resorts, and travel-led businesses across India. An alumnus of Shaheed Bhagat Singh College (University of Delhi) and an MBA graduate from IITTM under the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, Mr. Bhanu combines academic grounding with deep operational expertise. As a founding force behind The Mayfield Group of Hotels & Resorts, Baaree by the Sea, and Mayfield Adventure Pvt. Ltd., he focuses on creating refined hospitality experiences rooted in service excellence, strong brand identity, and sustainable growth.

Rahul Yadav is a hospitality-focused entrepreneur known for developing contemporary hotel and resort concepts that blend comfort, design, and guest-centric experiences. Educated at DPS RK Puram and Ram Lal Anand College (University of Delhi), Rahul has been actively involved in the growth of The Mayfield Group of Hotels & Resorts, The Luxotic Suites, Baaree by the Sea, and Mayfield Adventures. At Mayfield Hotels & Resorts, he drives brand development, expansion strategy, and operational consistency across properties, ensuring every guest experience reflects quality, warmth, and modern luxury.
